I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and knows his stuff!! I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. From frozen pipes to a leaking dishwasher they have always been there to help me. Day or night, weekday or weekend I can count on them to give me great service! I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else!!

Shane came out to help last May 2022. I just received several high water bills in a row and he came back out to inspect the previous repairs for leaks. He quickly discovered the problem and wrote up a fair and affordable estimate to repair it for us! Next day service on both visits and excellent customer service across the board. Stan provided exceptional service and customer care, explaining the work he did, the reason it was necessary, and cost of service. He asked if his work met our approval, and yes, it certainly did. Our new toilet is perfect. Stan is professional and wore PPE (including a mask at all times) and practiced social distancing. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain.
