The repair technician was very experienced and was very personable. I'm always very interested as to what's being done and how. He encouraged me to be with him and explained various procedures.

Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad. Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote. Had Adolfo and Oscar from Roto-Rooter in Charlotte at my residence earlier today for an emergency plumbing issue and these two young men are fantastic! Came in, introduced themselves, both dressed in clean pressed uniforms and got right to work. I offered them food and drink but they worked non stop for over five hours. When they finished up, Adolfo showed me the pipe issue that was causing the problem and already had someone lined up to call me in reference to replacing the problem area. Roto-Rooter supervisors, these two men represented your company and themselves very well today. Great job men, I thank you!

These guys were incredible! I called in at 1030pm for a leak that went through a recessed light in the ceiling and they were at my house the following day at 830am. They crushed it! Jason is awesome!

First let me start by saying I called my Plumber and I was told earliest appt was 10 days out to fix my water line in our upstairs bathroom that the carpenter nailed a brad through the water line and when it was removed it was like a giant super soaker. My plumber referred me to two other companies one never called me back and Carolina Plumbing Pros answered and to my surprise was able to get a technician out the same day. They called to advise their Tech Jason was running behind but would call me 30 min before he arrived which he did. Met Jason at agreed time at our home. Jason had the repair done in less than 20 min and also advised us about the water leak under the toilet and how to correct it once our new floor is installed. Very knowledgeable, professional and I highly recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros. They are my Plumbing company from now one and I have already told our neighbors as well.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Hired this firm for a stopped up kitchen sink with a houseful of people in town for a funeral. They showed up literally in 10 minutes and completed the repair before we had to leave for the service. What they then did later that evening was refund the entire service fee due to the personal circumstances of our loss.
