He was professional, confident, and had the issue solved quickly. He stayed after the repair was over to answer additional questions we had about the home. Mr James Moore came to our house looked at our hot water heater and told us what was wrong with it. He explained to us the best hot water heater to get and then went to get the new hot water heater. He installed our heater along with an emergency shut off because the old heater did not have one. He also explained the warranty to us, and told us about the Sweepstakes. John was fantastic! From the first phone call, he met every expectation. There wasn't an emergency - we wanted to replace the water heater with a tankless. But he came the day I called and emailed me an estimate before he left. He provided options I didn't think about (that I used!). On installation day, he arrived when he said he would, kept me up to date during installation, and took the time to walk through how it works and what he had done. I would highly recommend him to all.

i call to ask about assistance with major water damage that I was having at my home and when doing so the woman that answered explained to me that she would have to call me back . She stated she had to get the supervisors approval before being able to come out. I never heard back

Tim Breault is dishonest. He charged me 4 times his hourly rate and was rude and arrogant when questioned about the bill.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

We had what was thought to be a major repair of the water line into our home. The M.D. Plumbing team was extremely professional and had a great price quote. When the work turned out to be minor, they were honest about what they found and charged me a fraction of the quoted price. I was extremely impressed and will use them as my plumber going forward.
