Although my first experience with BF Plumbing wasn’t great, the plumber that was sent to ultimately fix my issue was amazing. Anthony A. was one of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The job took exactly the time he and amount he quoted. He was evidenced his progress along the way and talked through the rationale of any change requests. He was super clean, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was just a decent human being and good a person.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.
