We called to for service only to receive unprofessionalism from a worker who is taking
full advantage of the covid 19 by price gouging charging $295 to come look at a clogged kitchen sink. He was very rude and quick to hang up like take it or leave it attitude. NEVER CALL THIS PLACE NOT

Called to have someone look at a back flow preventer that was leaking. Technician called and asked if I could take pictures of the system. I did and was quoted $1150 to replace the system.. I asked if it could be repaired and the tech said no, it needed to be replaced. I told him I would get back to him and used YouTube to self-diagnose the problem. Fixed the issue (out of place washer in the check valve) in 5 minutes. Guess I should have done this first but if I were using these folks in the future I would be dubious of any estimates/recommendations.

We now have M.D. Plumbing on speed dial. The technicians and the office staff are responsive and professional. They're excellent trouble-shooters and the plumbers patiently answer all my questions in a language I can understand. Excellent work M.D. Plumbing!

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
