Best Sewer Line Video Camera Inspection in Charlotte NC

I'm typically skeptical of places flooded with great reviews, but these guys deserve it! We needed an electric water heater installed, quickly, and they did it, quickly. No muss, no fuss -- just speed and professionalism.

I'm not talkin' a standard water heater replacement, either. It was in a very, very tight space with very little access -- but they made it work and stuck with their estimate, despite some hiccups. Honestly not used to that! Will definitely be using the guys again if we need some work done.

After calling several plumbing companies that could send a repair person out that day I finally spoke to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Thankfully they were able to dispatch Matthew out within a few hours. He gave a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He showed up happy and ready to help tackle the problem. His demeanor was so pleasant. He diagnosed the problem
and was able to offer a solution. I can highly recommend utilizing their services! An absolute class act in customer service:)

We had every out pipe in our house filling up our downstairs bathtub - clog in the main sewage line. We had someone come out, and it seemed to be fixed for a few days, until it started happening again on a Saturday evening. Panicked, because we couldn't use our water and we expected to pay a significant premium since it was Saturday evening, we called Roto Rooter based on the reviews. Stan showed up around 8 that evening. He was professional and friendly, but more importantly, he refused to stop until he had figured out everything that was wrong. The whole process took about 90 minutes for a full diagnoses and repair. The problem was completely fixed, and Stan gave us several pointers to prevent it from happening again. He left all relevant contact information and followed up to make sure everything was ok. I cannot recommend Stan or Roto Rooter highly enough, and they have made a customer for life.

There was a leak in the main valve and a plumber was able to come within the hour and tighten it. He was professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. Will absolutely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Called them in for replacement of water heater in attic. Told them on the phone two days earlier that my attic has no ladder or stair access, and they would have to bring in their own ladder. They told me they would send two guys with their own ladder so they can lift water heater into attic and quoted me approximately $1,900 to $2,000. Tech came two days later and quoted me $4,000 for replacement. Nothing changed in the situation, and he was unaware they the office had quoted me $1,900 - $2,000.... so he basically tried to rip us off... Once I told him what their office had quoted me, he got very defensive and couldn't really explain why the price had doubled. Said that he would need 3-4 guys and it would take all day”. I of-course did not use them…Called another plumbing service (A-1) and they took care of replacement and haul away for less than $1,900 with two guys and were finished in 3 hours....

They were great! We had a leak and they came out right away. Super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
