Best Routine Maintenance in Charlotte NC

Jason and team are the best! They replied to my initial web inquiry within hours, and scheduled a consultation visit yet that week. They show up on time, work efficiently, and are the nicest, most knowledgeable men of their craft. They installed a whole house water filter, repaired 2 pipes, roughed-in a new toilet, and installed a shower in 3 hours. Your time and money will be well spent when you work with Julian's Plumbing!

They spent several hours locating and repairing a leak in faulty pipes on the interior of a home from the mid-1960s. They were clean, neat, efficient, and friendly. Their manager, Kim, reviewed the problem Thursday, spent two hours locating faulty pipes and old plumbing issues, and sent two service pros out today, David and Josh. They did an amazing job. Would hire them again.

Tech Tony showed up when scheduled & provided information to help solve my pluming dilemma. I will continue to refer my clients (I am a realtor) to Bliss Plumbing & I learned 1st hand today what great customer service they provided. Thanks Tony :)

John and Jimbo installed a free standing tub and faucet for me during my master bath reno. Good quality work and personable. Reasonable pricing.

Rob was real nice, professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Seems to be fair priced but I honestly have nothing to compare them too. Will use again in the future if needed.

He was extremely polite as he diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the leak. He showed up ahead of schedule and quoted us a fair price. Thge Techmen really came through for us when we had an emergency with the leaking faucet.

I called to get my shower head removed and replaced after attempting to do it myself and someone came out within 2 hours! Talk about fast service! As always I was pleased with my technician, he held a good conversation, was informative, and he already came prepared with my price breakdown, including a worse case scenario, he left no room for any questions because they were already answered! I am beyond happy and satisfied with my service today!

RYN not only gave me a great quote, but were honest. The technician analyzed the situation and adjusted a part without charging me for a new one. I'm updating my review from last year. We're extremely happy with our choice of Helms Plumbing. We had some work done under our house last week by GSM. Their crew discovered some minor issues that were from the work that Helms did. Nothing major given the amount of work that Helms did for us. I reached out to Helms to let them know about the issues. I got an immediate response. In addition to that, they sent someone out the very next day to fix the problem. They 1000% honored the warranty that came with our services last year. So thankful we chose them! Highly recommended x 2!!!

Five stars from this customer! We went through a process of quoting three different plumbers for the work we needed completed on our house. Our house was built in 1959 and had the original water lines and drains. We chose Helms because they were the best team to work with on the quoting process and their price was competitive.

They replaced our water heater with a tankless system, they pulled all of the old lines and drains, replaced all of those, and did several other things we needed done. Chris and his team worked their tails off, not leaving our house until 10pm last night after everything was tested out and confirmed to be working. We're very thankful that we chose them to do all of this work and we would highly recommend them.

Corey came in and was able to fix my toilet. He was very friendly and respectful. Would love to have him again if I encounter anymore issues.
