Best Residential Piping in Charlotte NC

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

My husband and I were tired of running out of hot water when we showered and I had to wait 4 minutes for my kitchen water to warm up. We called John and he explained that our 50 gallon water heater was not adequate for our large home. He carefully explained everything about the tank less water system and we had him install it in our home. Now we are enjoying hot water in the kitchen within 5 seconds and we can finally enjoy a leisurely shower! Thanks John for being so polite and knowledgeable in the plumbing field!

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Plumbing connection made things easy by allowing me to text them to setup an appointment. The guy called prior to arriving and arrived on time! It took him about 10 minutes to find what he believes is the problem and fixed it! He also asked “are there any other issues you want me to check out while I am here?” Not many companies do that especially when I had my money ready to pay. I really appreciate their business and would recommend to everyone!
