Best Repair Valve in Charlotte NC

This was my first emergency fix I have had to do since moving to Charlotte 2 years ago. You do not realize how important your resources are to you, until you don’t have them. My water heater rusted out over the weekend, leaving us with no hot water. We started with a couple of companies that we had seen in the neighborhood. After having them out to quote we were lucky enough to find you guys and Parker. I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty from the beginning. He walked through his thought process, made recommendations and asked for feedback. Parker and the crew did a great job replacing my old unit, installing the new tankless and made sure the site was clean and everything was working properly. The additional bonus was you also had the most competitive price with no “extras” needed or snuck in. You guys are definitely on my list for all my future plumbing needs as well as HVAC service. I will also be sure to let the neighbors know to make sure they put you guys on the list to call should they need similar services.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, Mitch came out and sorted it out quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

We've had a good experience with Zoom Drain. They arrived on time, laid out pricing upfront and explained their work once complete. When my wife thought we may be having the same issue ~10 days later, she called and they had someone out same day (on a Sunday no less) for free to check it all out. I don't know prices for these types of services, but this seemed a bit expensive - at first. The fact they honor a warranty and came out immediately takes any trepidation of the money spent away in my mind.

They did an awesome job on my bathroom pipes and now its like brand new! Will Use again in a heart beat!!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

M.D. plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We have used them several times because my parents themselves had such a wonderful experience with them as well. They are not only responsive and quick to help us in a bind when our hot water heater has decided to quit working on a cool evening but have been nothing short of professional at all times when working in our home. We have many children and people I bring into our home to work is something I take very seriously. Chris has always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient (and sweet to my children which is just a huge plus :) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about M.D. plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.

Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly. Dave is great, knowledgeable and prompt. He has had to help us out twice with drainage issues due to tree roots and handled both experiences in a fast, efficient manner. I recommend calling him.
