The weather here in NC is unusually cold this winter. The piping is not as insulated as up North. With that said our outside faucet froze and water was flooding from the siding. We shut of the water to the house and started making numerous calls to local plumbers . Non were available to come the same day or did not answer. Finally called ER Plumbing services. We called at approx. 2pm and they were here in an hour just like they said they would be. Joe ( our tech) was knowledgeable, courteous and just a really nice guy. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. We were so grateful with the prompt service and great price for the emergency call. Would not hesitate to use or recommend them.

Our electrician Brian was extremely professional and did a great job in installing both the new electrical outlet and fan switch. He listened to the concerns I had in particular regarding the fan switch and walked me through the installation. Brian also called to update on arrival time which was nice. Much appreciate the next day service as well. I highly recommend Brian and will use Michael & Sons again should the need arise.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.
