Great Great plumbers!!!I have used Queen City Plumbing for my house and my business and they are beyond outstanding! Knowledgeable people with great customer service. I love that they will give you an honest opinion of what every issue is going on and then give great options to fix it. I would highly recommend them for any issue and I will continue to use them whenever I have a need or question .

Booked for a sink install due to new granite. When I booked they couldn’t give me a ballpark price I wasn’t concerned since I just had a bar sink installed in my vacation home for $500. Upon arrival they said job was $1500..that’s just robbery! He said they have a book with set prices.. why didn’t u use your book in the beginning to ballpark?? They were unprofessional and we paid the ripoff $57 to get them out of the house. Found another plumber for $650. .. Run from this company.. there are honest people out there.

I really liked this company overall. Very professional and our tech Jake with his assistant worked very hard all day long to complete the job. They had to come back the next day to complete the service call, but provided us with a working system to get us through the night. Communication was excellent every step of the way!

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

They showed up 7 hours past scheduled appointment time, damaged the outdoor spigot threading trying to remove it albeit telling us they couldn’t replace it because they did not have the parts on hand!
Replaced the wax ring on toilet, now it doesn’t flush completely nor did they turn the water back on to demonstrate the work they did solved the problem we initially called them for, at the high rate they charge per hour one of the guys was standing beside the van smoking!
Save your money and call someone qualified- I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAY LESS PLUMBING.

South End Plumbing has provided plumbing for me twice (one job more complicated than the other) -- but in both cases they were prompt, professional, provided good service at a fair price. I was very pleased with across the board with their service and will call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

It's never a good sign when you get to know your plumber well. However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, hope that your plumber is Jason J. from MD Plumbing.

From the very beginning we knew Jason was our guy for the rather large undertaking of a complete home repipe. The first company we reached out to, the plumber who came out to do the estimate essentially measured distance and counted fixtures to calculate the estimate. Jason, however, got under the house to look under the hood. He came back to us with recommendations for how best to do the job, and even discovered the upstairs was plumbed with undersized pipes that he would fix with the repipe. I really, really appreciated the thoroughness of the estimate, as it was a sign that a similar attention to detail and workmanship would be applied in the actual repair.

To no surprise, Jason's quote came in significantly less than the other company, primarily because of the work he put into the estimate allowed him to write one that was much more accurate to what would be required for the repair. And by significant, I mean almost three times less, saving us *thousands* of dollars.

As for the actual repair, Jason and his assistant knocked out the whole-house repipe in a day (a long day, but a day nonetheless). They also found several ways to minimize the invasiveness of the repairs, saving us more money on the back-end when it came time to fixing the holes in the ceilings/walls. Moreover, Jason was more than happy to come back out the very next day and take care of a few (expected with such a big project) touch-ups. It never felt like after he had finished up, that I was no longer a concern.

MD Plumbing, and Jason specifically, will be our first and only call for any and all plumbing needs in the future (we actually already had him back out to install a Phyn leak detection system, which is pictured). In addition to the massive cost difference between MD Plumbing and others, I sincerely appreciated Jason's dedication to his customers, quality of workmanship, and overall just being a good human who I was happy to have in our house.

Also, I would be remiss without giving a special shout-out to Jaqi, who helped coordinate scheduling and was ALWAYS quick with communication about the project.

A million thanks to MD Plumbing for being a bright spot in an otherwise soggy situation.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Pork Chop’s Plumbing customer for life!

Might not be the cheapest, but they saved me money because other companies were unable to diagnose the problem and had recommended far more extensive repairs. All employees were extremely professional and polite. Will use 10 times out of 10.

I couldn’t have a called a better company to come and fix my toilet. When you have kids you have to be careful make sure they don’t stick there toys down the toilet, the guy Thomas B came out and he was very professional, and so kind hearted to my kids (since they did cause this). If I ever have problems again Thomas B will be getting a special request. The quick work he did on that toilet made me a believer that there still are true reliable companies in the world.
