This was a great experience from the moment I first called. I was incredibly stressed about a plumbing issue and I called late on a Saturday night. They picked up the phone and from off the bat were sympathetic to what I was going through and really made it a priority to help me. The person I spoke with on the phone is the person that showed up at my house and as soon as they got here went straight to business. Extremely professional the entire time, respected my property, and to top it all off, it was an extremely fair and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What I really like the most is they not only solved the problem, they went up under my crawlspace and diagnosed what the underlying cause was. They could have just cleared the clog and been done with it. But they told me WHY it clogged and what I need to do to fix it. Which is about a ,$10 fix. All in all I would hire Zoom Drain again and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service at a reasonable price. ??

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I had an active leak in a pipe in my crawlspace and was referred to MD Plumbing by my father. Everyone has a lead time these days yet Jaqi was able to work me in immediately. Curtis arrived quickly and took care of the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I was prepared to pay a premium for same day service but they treated it as a normal service call and their pricing was more than fair. Great customer service is a lost art these days yet I can say from experience that MD Plumbing excels in this category.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Had a leak in my main water line to the house between the front porch and sidewalk. They arrived on time and were very nice and professional. Price was very reasonable and took care of the leak quickly. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to plumber from now on.
