Josh and Mike came out to swap out a bathroom vanity and add some connections for another sink. They were thorough in their explanation of what would be done, comprehensive in their pricing and options and did great work, right then. The clean up afterwards was professional. This was the most professional experience I’ve had with a plumbing company all year. I’d been trying to get in contact with a service for over 8-months, no avail! I’ve had serval companies say they’d call back or that they were coming but never showed. The customer service from scheduling down to my technician was amazing.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. Was lucky enough to call ER Plumbing after having the company my home warranty service dispatched basically do nothing, communicate nothing, and charge me $500. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, talked through options, the likely issues, and options with me. He also stayed with me multiple hours (on his own time) to make sure the previous plumber would return to reset a toilet so I wouldn't have sewage spilling into my house. Will ONLY ever call ER Plumbing again for any and all plumbing issues. Jeff is the absolute best, and really lived up to their motto, Serviced one, client for life.

Incompetent crew cut through our cable line while installing water line next door. Line was CLEARLY marked with flags. When I confronted the crew, they denied they cut through it. After a Time Warner cable visit, it was verified it has been cut by that crew. I wouldn't trust them putting anything in your home!

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

They installed a pump in my house. The pump cracked after 2 months. They removed the pump and were to install a new one. Can Not get a call back or any communication anyone!! They keep telling Brandon plumbing manager will call me back. Still waiting!
