Quick response, they sent someone out on a Saturday within a few hours to check a water heater problem. Josh and Jason did a great job, they were on time, quick and cleaned up after they were done.Service was overall very good. Cost was higher than I expected for a water heater replacement.

Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

While getting some yard work done, one of the workers damaged a pipe and caused a major leak. As a result, my water lines became clogged and mud was coming through my faucets. Additionally, some of my faucets wouldn't even work. I called Service Pro Plumbing and spoke with Will. He was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. He was able to come to my house within a few hours of me calling him. He said he would have come sooner but had to finish a few jobs first. He was punctual and polite. He even repaired all of plumbing issues within an hour. I can't recommend him enough. I will most definitely use him again in the future.

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.

I had 2 different large plumbing companies tell me that I had a clog underneath the floor of my house that would need to be jackhammered; the cost was going to be $7-$10K and my family and I would need to live in a hotel for 10 days. My insurance company suggested I speak to American Leak Protection to see if this was actually true. The day I called them they came to the house, found the real area of the clog (outside the house), and repaired it in less than 5 hours at a fraction of the cost (WOW!). What a relief! They are honest & nice guys who my kids fell in love with. I highly recommend them- they saved me a lot of time & money!
