Roto Rooter was professional and on time. That's not something you see everyday. It wasn't the cheapest but the problem was fixed quickly so I feel it was worth the money.

We needed a new electrical panel and ground wiring replaced and Anthony Vagnone did an amazing job! He completed the work quickly, kept me updated the entire time, and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with both him and IRV. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgable electrician!

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Kaleb and his crew did a wonderful job on my plumbing project. He went above and beyond to help us finish our project. He was on time, honest and performed quality work. The office staff was also great to work with! Five stars across the board!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! WOW! Amazed! A few years ago I was up to my eyeballs managing cancer treatments when all of a sudden Murphy’s law decided I had something else which needed to preoccupy my time. Not sure the reason for the diversion but my downstairs neighbor reluctantly informed she had a leak coming through her ceiling of the bathroom which was not long before remodeled. I immediately called the plumbers we regularly used here in our old circa.1930’s building. They came but were puzzled after looking at what it would take to repair a breach in the junction of lead pipe draining from my tub. It was located in a precarious and hard to reach location. They called in their big gun project main overlord guy. Steve came out and started speaking of tearing up my entire tile floor breaking up the concrete under pad and starting afresh.

Well you can image my reaction. I have one bathroom and remember I am going through chemo and radiation treatments. I knew I could bite the bullet and push through but since the issue and solution was beyond a simple repair I decided to call my homeowners insurance. They sent someone who reviewed the issue. After hearing what Steve had planned the adjusted said “Listen, I am going to give you a name of someone who I’ve seen resolve stuff like this. He is from the New Orleans and southern Louisiana area. They have a lot of buildings down there that settle and he seems to know what to do”. Joy exploded with “OMG, I moved to Charlotte from down there back in ‘84. I have a good feeling about this guy already and feel he will definitely know what to do”.

Chad Moore came and it didn’t take very much time for a solution to emerge. He addressed it and set a solution in place for one of his guys to execute. It was just as my gut had spoken. He knew the to approach to take and it was the best solution and yielded final results which were a fraction of the other companies assessment. That other company is an old well established Charlotte institution which native Charlotteans have used for years. I recently heard they were acquired by a big remodeler in town. Needless to say they ceased to be our go to people. I live in an very old established neighborhood in town and believe me, I give out Chads M&D Plumbing name and number when ever I hear a neighbor in need. Unfortunately I’ve heard recently they are calling him directly and since that time have changed the number I now give out. Now it’s to the main office.

No other company is needed for your plumbing needs. This one is the right one. They guarantee their work. If you want the best this is a little lagniappe of advice I give you.

He was informative, patient with my questions, fast with the installaton, and went the extra mile doing extra tasks in consideration of my broken ankle. Mr. King worked with me on payment options. Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Danny, the owner of Presidential Plumbing, just finished some work at my home. I am very pleased with his performance. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and did a great job. I had first contacted a large plumbing company to provide a work estimate. The quote the plumber gave was way too high. I declined and was charged an $80 service fee for the quote. TIP: Any plumbing company that charges a fee just to provide a quote knows their services are not competitively priced. Tell them “thanks but no thanks” then hang up the phone. Danny did the work for a lot less than the other company had quoted. How much less? The big plumbing company quoted $1,560 for the job. Danny did the work for $600. Needless to say my wallet and me were very happy. Highly Recommended!

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.
