William arrived on time located the leak in my water supply line explained every step in the process he was very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and took steps to clean all the areas he worked in . One top notch outfit!

I called Roto-Rooter to replace my very old hot water heater. They came out that day and were able to bring the old plumbing lines up to code and replace my unit with an energy saving one the very next day. I was also so pleased that Roto-Rooter provides new hires with 13 weeks of on the job training. The supervisor came and asked if some new trainees might observe the installation of my new unit. As a retired teacher I was delighted that my job could also serve as an on-site learning experience for our future plumbers!

I've used Charlotte Plumbing Masters twice now and have good experiences both times. Once to replace a water heater and again to find a mystery leak that ended up being a tub drain.
