Plumbing issues can be a very traumatic experience and Charlotte Plumbing Masters and Kyle the plumber that responded to my leak issue made it a better experience. They responded quickly and took the time to investigate all key aspects of the plumbing infrastructure to ensure that not only the leak issue was resolved but all potential issues were identified so they could be resolved before causing an issue. Their work included coordinating the home warranty approvals through necessary inspections to insure that all aspects were successfully complete in a timely manner. We are now confident in the house plumbing and ready to move in our original schedule!

Service persons were courteous, respectful of the environment, professional/knowledgeable, and performed their service in a focused, timely manner.

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

I have been very pleased with Michael and Son! The service has been great. They keep us posted through any work they are doing, and the work is done in a timely fashion. Our representative Jim has been excellent and very professional. He makes sure we are always satisfied with the work that is done on our AC Systems. I’d definitely recommend Michael and Son to anyone in need of AC work on his/her home.

Called company to inquire about their service due to needing toilet set as we recently replaced flooring. The initial call was handled very well by the lady that answered. I was lucky that a plumber could be out in under an hr considering this was on Friday.
Ethan came out & while the price was IMO excessive, he was very kind & professional and explained what needed to be done to make the fix. I do not normally write reviews, but felt this employee needed to be recognized for his work as well as the company for their prompt response.
I would’ve easily have given 5 stars and believe that had the price not be as high as it was, this is a company I would call again to have in my home. Shoutout again to Ethan for being as honest & performed the work as explained. Great company to do business with.

We had Travis Crawford replace our upstairs and downstairs systems this year. Before replacing the upstairs unit, Travis came out on a weekend a couple years ago and we repaired it to get some additional life out of it. We have confidence in their technicians and we feel that there pricing is fair. Brandon did a great job talking over the pros and cons of one unit vs another..brand and size options. I also really like that we generally have the same technician for our annual service.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

As a person who is dedicated to excellent customer service, Matt met my level of ecpectation today. Being the third technician to check my system within a month, Matt step up to the challenge and gets 100% for the service that he provided. Thank you Matt for what you do!!

Great service and terrific reaction time. The folks at Roby called quickly after service was requested, scheduled at a convenient time and then were professional in the work performed. On top of that they were very affordable.

Ultimate Plumber is the best place to go to get your drains unplugged.
They are very prompt and reasonably priced.

We used Perfix for an insane living room remodel, fireplace, ledgestone wall, ceiling beams, painting. You name it and they did a kickass job. Maz and his team are pretty awesome and will get the job done.
