Allen and Edwin were very professional and quoted me fairly on everything I requested. The services that I decided to have done were completed quickly and it looks great. These gentlemen were able to answer all of my electrical questions. I would highly recommend using Mister Sparky!

I have used Roby for years, just in the past two weeks they've worked on two of my properties. I have never had any issues with them. They always call ahead, show up on time, and seem to enjoy what they're doing. Sandy, in the office, is always exceptionally nice and helpful, and the two electricians I've dealt with in the past few weeks, Keith and Donald were very professional and easily approachable. I'd highly recommend them!!

We purchased a high end AC unit from Acosta along with the service plan over a year ago. Since that time our AC has broken 3 times and they do not have a reason or are able to figure it out. Right now it is almost 100 degrees in Charlotte and the AC went out again. They are ignoring our calls. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with and we will never purchase another unit from them again. I warn you not to use ACOSTA. They do not know what they are doing!

Jonathan went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. He was very professional. He picked up our new water heater, delivered it and installed it promptly.
