I needed an immediate repair to a gas water heater so I called DR Jordan and they were able to repair the water heater within 24 hours and on the weekend. Reid was very professional. I will recommend DR Jordan to all my friends and family.

My new electric water heater broke a month after being installed. For some reason we were getting only 10 gallons of hot water from a 50 gallon water heater. I called Dickerson, their tech came out and he said he swapped out a defected heating element. After he left, the initial problem persisted, we were still getting only 10 gallons of hot water and along with that he broke our water heater where it started leaking water into our crawl space. After multiple calls to Dickerson company they stated they refuse to come out to fix the issue. Stay away from this company, they obviously don't know what they're doing.

The technician crews that showed up were very respectful, professional, kept us in the loop and did a great job. They used booties over their shoes and wore masks when entering our home. Overall highly satisfied with the care we received and now we are ready for this summer heat! The technicians repaired/replaced a faulty gas valve for my gas dryer, installed a gas line for a new gas range and new HVAC system. They arrived at 8 am and were completely finished by 1 pm.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

We never do reviews so this is not taken lightly. Zack was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He also had a great sense of humor and was a snappy dresser! Zack gave us three options on repair after explaining the issue and showing us photos. Thanks for helping us.Addendum: Our 2nd serviceman Hugh did a great job with diagnosing our plumbing call. He left to get a part that wasnt related to the original issue & corrected a long-standing problem. Yay Hugh! Two nice guys from the same company; we had a good day with both.

Roby Services helped tremendously with a wiring solution for our new dishwasher in the kitchen and new GFCI circuits that were needed to be installed. The Roby team does great work and we highly recommend them for their services.

Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.
