The technician was great did a fabulous job if rating based just off him I would rate 5 stars. But - it took over a month to get a appointment and supposedly I have priority scheduling, they cancelled original appointment at last minute, luckily I had some time to reschedule and they sent him out unprepared. He had to wait for the filter to be brought to him.
