I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in today's world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Installed dishwasher

Needed a water filter installed and found the right company to take care of it. Crew arrived on time, communicated the entire time of the process and installed without incident. Great job and clean water!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Heat went out in our home. HVAC system is about 9 years old. Called Morris-Jenkins. They came out and said it just needed regular maintenance. Here's the kicker... it would cost about $800... Unless we signed up for their Priority Advantage for $xx.xx per month. So I did. Woke up to no heat again 2 days later. Came out again but couldn't find anything wrong. Told us the damper motors may be going bad. 2 days later? Woke up to no heat again. Called them a THIRD time. They came out, this time the tech brought another guy with him. They said a damper motor was bad. $740 to fix it, or we could just replace both for $1,300. I went with the $740. 3 days later? Woke to no heat AGAIN. Didn't bother calling them. Diagnosed it myself based on error codes. Needed a new high limit switch. Got one for $54 online. Also picked up the other damper motor on Amazon for $76. replaced both in 10 minutes. Heat has been fine since.I've never had such a bad experience with any sort of home maintenance service before. Should have saved myself the time and money and did it myself to begin with.With the poor service I received, I have NO idea how they have so many positive reviews.John Gibson - Mount Holly, NCUPDATE: I called to cancel the Priority Advantage account... They told me since I cancelled in less than 6 months, they would have to charge me full price (the original $800 quote), for the maintenance they originally performed. So they're charging me $1,540.00 for three trips to my house and not fixing my heat?

Joel Dellinger was very nice, very knowledgeable and very patient with the plumbing issue that Charlotte City Water could not fix at my new Town Home. I was without water for almost 24 hours - thankfully most of it I was asleep. But he got the job done after several hours and blew out clay mud and a LOT of rocks in my pipe all the way from my meter. I’d hire him again for any plumbing needs!

This company charged us $160 for a 15 min service call- $69 service fee and $90 for the electrician to push a button- meaning labor. When we called and left a message for the manager to return our call to discuss refunding the $90 labor fee, he never return the call. When my husband called again, the manager wouldn't come to the phone, he let his assistant do the talking. He would only agree to refund $20. We were always happy with this company's service until now. They just lost a four year long customer.

Lawrence Hall from RYN did a fabulous job replacing our garage entry door. He communicated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and when. Very courteous and professional.
