Best Gas Hot Water Heater in Charlotte NC

The best experience that I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were very straight forward with pricing and installation dates. They weren't like some of the other guys I have dealt with, where the price steadily went up as they got further into the project. As a multi property owner and an expert in bad plumbing experiences, I can tell you that these guys know what they are doing and are super professional. So far I have had a tankless heater installed, a clogged drain snaked, and a new vanity with sink put in. Just like I tell my friends, if you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, call these guys.

We recently had a tub and shower walls installed , Jerry the installer did a excellent job installing , he was very professional and very courteous we are very pleased with the overall customer service that was given to us, and we would recommend this company to others.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews—Highest recommendation to this plumber!

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island last September. We immediately replaced the water heater. I searched for plumbers in the area — we didn’t know the area or people to ask for referrals.I found Burl’s on line and read the reviews. Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. I love my new system. The installation was done professionally and quickly. I had a huge mess on my hands and now I have nothing but satisfaction.

While getting some yard work done, one of the workers damaged a pipe and caused a major leak. As a result, my water lines became clogged and mud was coming through my faucets. Additionally, some of my faucets wouldn't even work. I called Service Pro Plumbing and spoke with Will. He was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. He was able to come to my house within a few hours of me calling him. He said he would have come sooner but had to finish a few jobs first. He was punctual and polite. He even repaired all of plumbing issues within an hour. I can't recommend him enough. I will most definitely use him again in the future.
