Daniel Payne, Timothy and Lee installed a tankless water heater at my home recently. The entire process was simple and the communication from the company was clear.

During the estimate visit Daniel provided valuable insight into the different options and time frame for installation.

The team worked to trouble shoot a challenge relating to the installation area and cleaned up the space prior to leaving. I will definitely use them going forward for all plumbing needs.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. From start to finish Reggie was nothing but professional. His knowledge of what he does along with his ability to communicate that to the homeowner was extremely helpful and impressive. Finding a contractor you can trust is always frustrating. I'm thankful to have found ER Plumbing. At the Green household we had a plumbing issue that was difficult to fully resolve Jim Dickerson company sent out a tech named Jason he was very professional, very knowledgeable about what caused the plumbing issue and how to resolve it , the work was done in great timing, we couldn't be more pleased, if you need plumbing/ Heating and Air dont hesitate to call Jim Dickerson.

My wife called Osborne after another company never returned our phone call. They showed up within an hour. William and Gabe were polite and very courteous. They told me up front what they would do, and gave me an estimate. I agreed and they completed the repair within a couple of hours. They tested it to make sure it didn’t leak and promised to come back if there were any problems. I would use them again.

i call to ask about assistance with major water damage that I was having at my home and when doing so the woman that answered explained to me that she would have to call me back . She stated she had to get the supervisors approval before being able to come out. I never heard back

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

I highly recommend MKB Plumbing & Septic. Mike and his crew did a great job removing and installing a new septic system . Professional, fair pricing, when the work was done they left the yard clean and smooth. I thought it was nice that they seeded the areaand put down straw . We will definitely call them if we need any more work done
