Brandon called me before the appointment and walked me through some things that might be the issue and could easily be resolved. Those didn’t work. I received a text with his name and picture and when he would arrive. Brandon was right on time. I explained what was happening. He checked the GFI in the garage. It had a wire that was t connected cause my garage door not to work or my irrigation system. He fixed that and also checked the receptacles on my porch that had tripped the breaker. All good. I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly. Their teams are friendly, up front and always try to do what’s right for the customer (not just trying to sell more services or products). I feel confident in their service and enjoy their staff. Absolutely recommend them for any work that you need done, no job is too big or too small!
