Best Electrical Service in Charlotte NC

This was my first time using Queen City Plumbing. I was very impressed with their customer service. Someone actually answered the phone and sent an email confirmation of the appointment. Bill was the plumber who came to my house and called prior to arriving. He has many years experience and was so helpful- he listened carefully as I explained our problem and then quickly solved it. I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend. Queen City will be my plumbing company in the future.

This is the best plumbing business in Charlotte. Mary is a wonderful owner and all of their work is good quality at a great value. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. There's really no other reason to use anyone else in Charlotte.

Anthony did a great job .. very respectful .. broke down everything he did. Also finished in under a hour.

Zach got to my house on time. Evaluated the situation and right away knew what the problems were. He was very professional and knowledgeable about product. He discussed with me all the options of keeping my system healthy.

Mr Shane did an awesome job. This has been the quickest install from calling the 800 number to getting dispatched to arrival and troubleshooting. All took no more than 4 hours. I waited for another company Proven Profesional Construction to come out they did but was taking them 1 week and a half to do the install. I will truly recommend Progressive for the 5 star service they gave me. I will always use you.

Our family had what we thought was an issue with a circuit breaker. Toliny was able to come out the same day. The issue was not only quickly diagnosed, but we were told how to resolve the issue going forward. It is rare that you receive excellent service, advice, and kindness. Toliny is who we will exclusively use for issues going forward. Thank you!

Let me tell you, Steven G. at Roby is the MAN. I had him come install a few new light fixtures for me, and he had those things done and working in no time. After that, he came and did some electrical work moving some switches and adding outlets, and this man knocked it out of the park. 10/10 service, 10/10 responsive and helpful, 10/10 customer service.

Hired Accent many times over the years, and they've always done a good job. This time, I had a water leak that pretty much destroyed two rooms in my house. They came in and, not only fixed the leak, but helped redo the plumbing in the room (bathroom) when I had to remodel the entire room. Always came within the two hour time window, always upfront about costs, always came through. Always my first choice for plumbing.

We had a very poor experience. Not transparent and not professional.

Put a request thru Thumbtack to 1) diagnose & fix a breaker issue & 2) replace single window pane. RYN Description clearly states $95/hr in headline description. After back & forth correspondence, RYN sets arrival time btwn 11am-12pm. By noon, with no show & no communication, I text RYN twice by 12:15. No reply. They call at 1245 and we set new time for 1:30.

After arriving, Raul(?) goes to breaker and fixes issue within 15 minutes. When I ask the for that bill, he replies $275, 3X the amount they post online. This without ever informing me of the expected price before starting since it would be exceedingly more. I state that no more work is to be done, politely ask RYN to leave & I will pay the breaker bill in cash as he will accept no other form of payment.

At the end, Raul(?) drops the bill to $200 but I'm still disturbed that RYN would try to gouge customers vs was they publicly display. Needless to say, we will not work with RYN again.

Antonio saved the day! He was fast, responsive and a joy to work with. Professional and on time, I am forever grateful for the work he did on my house when a pipe burst due to the cold weather. Thank you!!!

Update Sept 2020. Cannot get in touch with company in 2020 - not sure if this company is in business...

Very excellent service. Recieved prompt response and professional level experience beginning to end. Also reasonable considering tasks involved.
