Plumbing technician Vinton Moore is the man! It could have done an expensive repair that involved new equipment but he gave us a much cheaper alternative that suited our budget.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

Excellent service start to finish!Emmett was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. He did a great job of explaining the issue with the water heater so that I understood exactly what was wrong, and what was needed to fix it.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.

Lal Zuala was extremely courteous and explained our repair options very well. He was not pushy, but did advise on current and future needs. He was quick with his work and went the extra mile to clean and sanitize the space once finished. The overall experience with Michael & Son was fantastic; the turnaround time was quick and prices reasonable. They were on the front side (early side) of the time window given. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work Zack Garvey performed to unclog our kitchen sink. Turns out that the problem was more than a simple clog but Zack worked until the problem was resolved 100%. We have used Dickerson plumbing to install and repair plumbing since 2004 because of their commitment to excellence. He also serviced our water heater.

I had called 3 plumbers who never responded to my call. I found Tony at Tolinys and he had great review. I called an left a messages and he called within 30 minutes. Tony does a professional job and pays close attention to details, nothing shabby here. He has good work ethics and you can tell he take pride in the job he does. I would recommend him for any plumbing work, he installed a water heater and utility sink for us at our business. His prices are fair just as he is.

Called one day and Tony showed up the next. He was on time, did quality work, was friendly, and very professional. I am very happy with my experience with South End Plumbing and will definitely be using them again n the future when needed.

This company charged us $160 for a 15 min service call- $69 service fee and $90 for the electrician to push a button- meaning labor. When we called and left a message for the manager to return our call to discuss refunding the $90 labor fee, he never return the call. When my husband called again, the manager wouldn't come to the phone, he let his assistant do the talking. He would only agree to refund $20. We were always happy with this company's service until now. They just lost a four year long customer.

Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.
