Fernando was professional, helpful, very clean, and very nice, and fixed the drain clog quickly. The pricing seemed a touch high, but they did a good job.

High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic.

I called to schedule an appointment with a technician from I.R.V. I spoke with Kim who could not have been more courteous! She provided excellent customer service & was very pleasant to speak with.My appointment is Monday & with the great service Kim provided I am certain I will receive the same from the technician.

John was amazing and thoroughly explained every aspect of our service and he was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made our experience seamless.

They came out and corrected the problem

I called Tolini for plumbing work: installation of new faucets and drain pipes in kitchen and bathroom (and removal of old ones) as part of remodeling. They came on time, did an excellent job, and worked clean. Pricing was reasonable. I haven't had any issues with the new plumbing (several months later). I have recommended them to friends.

We used Roby Electric for a whole home generator installation. Our project had a number of unexpected complications. What I could not say enough about is how Jake Mackey, our project leader, stood by us every single step of the way. He did not give up, brought in additional experts, partnered with an existing service provider we had, and took care of us at each step. Jake is outstanding at interacting with his customer. His demeanor stays calm, and he is always responsive. He listened to actually hear, validated frustrations, and stayed in problem solving mode. He even followed our project through after he was moved to another area of the company. He should train every employee on how to handle things well. What you want is a service provider that delivers on their promises and thanks to Jake, we got to that point. Roby also helped us with some smaller electrical matters while handling this project, and it is great to have peace of mind.

* Below this updated March 24, 2023 review, I am not deleting the very positive review I first wrote after they installed a brand new toilet on March 1. It describes my really excellent experience with them every step of the way with the March 1 installation.

I assumed I would receive the same excellent help when I phoned them today at 7:45 AM to inform them that the same new toilet suddenly and inexplicably quit working last night, and so I needed a service visit to figure out why.
Not so.

As always, the staff assisting me on the phone was very professional. (Miranda. Also professional and futilely helpful today, Cayden and Haley) She said she would schedule me for the first available service call, which was unfortunately between 5pm and 8 pm today. I then rearranged my Friday evening plans to accommodate this late window, just grateful for it since I meanwhile have had no working toilet since last night.

Which isn’t now a pretty picture at 8:55 pm, and I am still just awaiting the promised plumber’s call with a 30 mins eta.

I had phoned at 4:45 pm for an update and was told someone would be on their way soon. By 7:45 pm, still with no plumber call nor service manager or assistant call at any point in the 5-8 pm window to inform me of and apologize for the delay, I phoned and was told they would be coming when possible later. I also just went on antibiotics for a dental infection and thus am very tired and want to go to bed but must wait for who knows how much longer before the plumber can just begin to assess the problem.

It is now 9 pm and I am still waiting for just the “30 mins out call”. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Ok. After 9 pm, I received the only call yet to inform me they now can’t come until early tomorrow morning, which very inconveniently forces me to reschedule my plans) but better than nothing. The additional complaint is that I also sat here all evening, waiting for their repeatedly promised visit, only to learn their word like their scheduled appointment is unreliable and at my wasted expense of much time and trust.

Unless they somehow make it right, I will not be doing business with them again and am very disappointed after thinking I had found a great plumbing company for a number of plumbing projects I need this year, for which they’ve given me written estimates and I planned to hired them to do as soon as I can prioritize the funds.

I had an excellent experience with the employees that helped me, particularly Julie the scheduler, Tony the installer and Cody the estimator. Each of them gave me exceptional service and I am grateful. I also appreciated receiving the first service, the estimate, with no trip fee or other fee, especially impressive being a same day trip for my emergency call on a Sunday.

Had a furnace installed with them but they moved the AC so that it wouldn't drain properly. Now my ceiling is wet, can't use my A/C, and they can't come out for another 4 days. Really? Do not use if you expect to get a job done properly or any sort of service.

RYN has a plumber out within hours of me reporting an issue, they fix in no time and everything has been goin great since!

Antonio saved the day! He was fast, responsive and a joy to work with. Professional and on time, I am forever grateful for the work he did on my house when a pipe burst due to the cold weather. Thank you!!!

K1 was quick to respond to my online request - within minutes. Came the next day to fix my problem and charged less than others had quoted me. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend. Also wore a mask :).

Matt has been at my house three times for repairs all three times he has been on time and has done a clean and excellent job highly recommend Matt also he cares about the customer and the work he does.
