Notice of arrival time was delivered and service representative was on time and very respectful of my property, I was explained the corrective process and was kept informed of changes to initial estimates as repairs progressed. Cost of repairs were very reasonable and recommendations for preventative actions and possible future upgrades to prevent problems were presented in a very professional manner. I will use and recommend Roto-Rooter for all future plumbing needs.

Trying to find a plumber on a Sunday became a big challenge. When I finally called Roto-Rooter they offered me an appointment within a couple hours of my call. The plumber was on time and took care of my problem in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional.

Nick came to my home to try to fix a sewage back up that occurred with my tubs and toilet. Although there wasn’t much he could do due to the fact that everyone in my unit shares one line. He was very knowledgeable and professional in assisting me to a company that could fix an issue such as mine. He went above and beyond to assist me and I am very thankful and my issue is fixed. They were very responsive. Eli came out the day we called. We had a pipe leaking in the front yard. He helped us avoid MAJOR expenses by giving us some advice on what to try before having to excavate our yard and the pavement. They will be our plumbing service from now on.

We had South End Plumbing come out today to look at a leak in our ceiling. Bobby was responsive, professional, straight to the point, and clearly knowledgeable. A good value and even better service. Would highly recommend them!
