Not impressed one bit, was quoted $854 just to start to fix a water leak, never introduced himself, just says you have a leak, Really Genius i know this already. i fixed my leak for $262.50 1 1/2 Hr. WILL NEVER CALL OR WASTE MY TIME WITH SOUTH END PLUMBING AGAIN. RIP OFFS ....

We had a very poor experience. Not transparent and not professional.

Put a request thru Thumbtack to 1) diagnose & fix a breaker issue & 2) replace single window pane. RYN Description clearly states $95/hr in headline description. After back & forth correspondence, RYN sets arrival time btwn 11am-12pm. By noon, with no show & no communication, I text RYN twice by 12:15. No reply. They call at 1245 and we set new time for 1:30.

After arriving, Raul(?) goes to breaker and fixes issue within 15 minutes. When I ask the for that bill, he replies $275, 3X the amount they post online. This without ever informing me of the expected price before starting since it would be exceedingly more. I state that no more work is to be done, politely ask RYN to leave & I will pay the breaker bill in cash as he will accept no other form of payment.

At the end, Raul(?) drops the bill to $200 but I'm still disturbed that RYN would try to gouge customers vs was they publicly display. Needless to say, we will not work with RYN again.

Antonio saved the day! He was fast, responsive and a joy to work with. Professional and on time, I am forever grateful for the work he did on my house when a pipe burst due to the cold weather. Thank you!!!

My dryer was making a very loud noise when I used it. I called based on the 5-star reviews. I reached out Tuesday afternoon and Chris arrived by 11:30am the next day. All appointment confirmations and payments were completely done online. Super easy. I will definitely use K1 again!

Matthew came out and fixed my fence the night I called. He worked fast and was cheaper than the competitors. I definitely recommend General Repair.
