First called when my water heater broke. Only had to go without hot water for about 48 hours as they were able to order a me a tankless heater and install it very quickly and on the first try. Answered all questions and concerns without any problems. Jason also gave me his personal cellphone number and any time I text with concerns he replies immediately. Glad I called Julian's plumbing and will not use any other plumbers in Charlotte!

Had a toilet emergency and they showed up in about an hour after I called them. The repair was going to be costly so I decided to install a new toilet as it was only a couple hundred more. The installation went smoothly. I will use BF plumbing (Kim Knopp) for future plumbing and electrical needs.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

They were very expert and provided me with several viable options along with detailed explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each. Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
