The service I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was absolutely superb! My water heater was leaking and when I called them to see what it would cost they were able to send someone out the same day to give me a reasonable quote. They were even able to schedule the install for the very next day. David and Wyatt came out, removed the old water heater and installed the new one in no time at all. They were able to clean up the old plumbing and bring everything up to code and it looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Called Roto-Rooter to clear a blocked storm drain. A Service Technician came within 2 hours. Before that, their office called to inform us he was on the way: very efficient. Technician (TJ) gave us a fixed price, which we agreed. He tried pressure hose from both inlet and outlet, then snake to clear the blockage, without success. Put dye into the pipe and left it overnight. Came back early next morning to see if dye-colored water was flowing from the pipe outlet (it was not). Used camera from both ends and found blockage. Identified site and depth of blockage (probably collapsed pipe) but unable to clear it. Even though we were disappointed the blockage could not be cleared, TJ identified the problem and is working with us on a proposal for next steps to correct the problem. Overall we were very impressed with the efficient and prompt response and service, and the professionalism and dedication of TJ. We totally recommend Roto-Rooter.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

The gentleman was friendly and asked exactly how I wanted the installation done throughout the process. I appreciated that.

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.
