Best Bathtub Drain in Charlotte NC

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They positioned my hot water heater in a position so that you can’t get to my furnace so that it can be serviced. This is not good because One hour heating and air service guy couldn’t properly service my system.I have paid this company a lot of money to do repairs for me and when they did this, it was my third time using them. Now I’m going to have to pay someone to correct this problem. At this point I’m just not sure about this company because seem like by them being the professionals. They should have know better.However on today, I’m happy to say that Benjamin Franklin plumbing corrected everything and did apologize for the inconvenience. They were prompt to come out and did everything that needed to be done free of charge. They repositioned the hot water tank away from the furnace and One hour heating and air was able to finish the maintenance check up. I was so pleased because they were friendly and down to earth and was happy to make everything right . I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs and because they were so willing to correct the problem. I’m giving them a five star rating and be telling everyone I know what they done for me today and all the technicians were great and were friendly and down to earth and easy to talk to . I had three different technicians that came out plus a supervisor that was a really nice guy.Thank you Benjamin Franklin plumbing & one hour heating and air??????

John came quickly after my call this morning and worked hard to help us diagnose the cause of our leak in our crawlspace. He was courteous and efficient.

From the time my call was answered to the completed technician service, my experience was super awesome! My service was scheduled and rendered in a matter of hours. On a Saturday, that’s pretty impressive! Zai, the most friendliest and happiest person I think I’ve ever met in life, was the technician. He explained the work he would be doing and after I accepted, he quickly got to work and resolved the issue. Thank you so much Zai and Roto-Rooter for marking a bad situation (my plumbing/sewer issue) so pleasant!

We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

I used Roto-Rooter to replace a hot water heater in my home. The job was done in an outstanding manner and the technician Butch was a 5 star performer.

James always does excellent work. I have a 57 y/o house that needs some service over the years. James did a major Kitchen drain line repair last year and did outstanding work. Always glad to see him when he arrives.

We want to thank Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning g and their helpful service technicianTony for fixing our faulty gas valve so quickly. The person who answered our call who identified themselves as Tony, was right on time. Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.

Used these guys to install new gas line at our house. They were friendly, professional, and communicated with us through the entire process! They even worked around our fur kids :) we will definitely use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!!!
