Best Bathtub Drain in Charlotte NC

This guy is awesome! and quick. I dont do reviews often, but had to do it for him.
He was half the price I expected and fixed a half dozen other things going on around my house

Derek Engle did a great job doing general maintenance on our tankless water heater. Highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin for routine maintenance (i.e. - tank flush).

If you live in the Charlotte area i highly recommend you to ask for Chirs Jones . He was quick but detailed about his work and the labor and part pricing was also very reasonable.

We had a leak in our water heater in the attic. We called RotoRooter to have someone come help us. Daniel was great. He told us what the problem was and quickly fixed it! No more leak and we have hot water again!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

LOOK NO FURTHER! We were unsure if a water heater replacement was even necessary. Brandon provided an honest, practical assessment. He actually gave us MORE reasons NOT to hire him - and his biggest concern was us feeling like we'd been pushed one way or the other. His insight enabled us to make an informed decision. Once we requested a replacement, he was communicative, careful, and COVID-safe as he took care of it in just a few hours. We are TOTALLY satisfied, and relieved, that we have the right product in our home.

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

Our house had the water pipe leaking under the garage and no water inside the house. We called South End Plumbing and Stan stopped by to evaluate the situation and explained to us how to do the repair work with minimum breakout on the outside sidewalk. There were many utility wires under the ground. Tyler and David worked very hard and pay attention in details about all kinds of lines and wires underground. Due to this repair involves lots of work, they temporary got us to use the water on the first day. On the second day, they came out again and continue to work on the repair work and clean up the affected lawn area and covered the lawn with straws. Tyler and David did a very good job and we were very happy about their works. Thank you Tyler, David, and Stan!

Used these guys to install new gas line at our house. They were friendly, professional, and communicated with us through the entire process! They even worked around our fur kids :) we will definitely use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!!!

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.
