Best Bathroom Remodeling in Charlotte NC

Reviewed my video of the leak, focused on the area at hand first as he had to go into my ceiling and then identified the issue. Great customer service and team to help me begin to move my issue into the right direction.

All Hours Plumbing will be my go to company from now on! Fast service, quick diagnosis, and fast, efficient, reasonably priced work. My garbage disposal was leaking and Johnny was in and out in about 30 minutes. Weeks later my hot water heater wasn't working. I received the same great service.

I used the company for the annual Backflow Preventer Test as required by Charlotte Water. The service technician, Gavin, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very professional and the test was completed without any problem. I will probably use them again next year.

** I have edited this review and reduced the number of stars to add the following: While the initial, job was great (we thought) a week later once it rained we found out that they did not fill the trench they dug up, they just brushed in some mud and put hay over it. My husband found it when he sank into the yard while pushing our wheelbarrow. I called IRV plumbing and no one has ever responded to me about fixing this massive trench they have left in my yard. In my original review, you will see that I thought they had taken care of everything, but we later found out that they did not really do anything but mask the trench they dug up. While the initial service was great, I am disappointed they left something so potentially dangerous in my yard and never called me back about it.Ivan and Chris were amazing! They were so fast and responsive- we had a major leak in our front yard and they were quick to Diagnose the problem and make plans to repair it. Leon came To also help with the repair and I was also very impressed with his service. Chris and I then left my driveway in perfect condition. They cleaned up behind themselves play straw and hay on the area of my yard that had been dug up. Also if you call for service I hope you get Kate on the phone! She was wonderful to deal with as well. There are not a lot of service companies that I feel like I can highly recommend but this one I do

I cannot express how satisfied and impressed my wife and I are with the service provided by this company. After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

WOW! Amazed! A few years ago I was up to my eyeballs managing cancer treatments when all of a sudden Murphy’s law decided I had something else which needed to preoccupy my time. Not sure the reason for the diversion but my downstairs neighbor reluctantly informed she had a leak coming through her ceiling of the bathroom which was not long before remodeled. I immediately called the plumbers we regularly used here in our old circa.1930’s building. They came but were puzzled after looking at what it would take to repair a breach in the junction of lead pipe draining from my tub. It was located in a precarious and hard to reach location. They called in their big gun project main overlord guy. Steve came out and started speaking of tearing up my entire tile floor breaking up the concrete under pad and starting afresh.

Well you can image my reaction. I have one bathroom and remember I am going through chemo and radiation treatments. I knew I could bite the bullet and push through but since the issue and solution was beyond a simple repair I decided to call my homeowners insurance. They sent someone who reviewed the issue. After hearing what Steve had planned the adjusted said “Listen, I am going to give you a name of someone who I’ve seen resolve stuff like this. He is from the New Orleans and southern Louisiana area. They have a lot of buildings down there that settle and he seems to know what to do”. Joy exploded with “OMG, I moved to Charlotte from down there back in ‘84. I have a good feeling about this guy already and feel he will definitely know what to do”.

Chad Moore came and it didn’t take very much time for a solution to emerge. He addressed it and set a solution in place for one of his guys to execute. It was just as my gut had spoken. He knew the to approach to take and it was the best solution and yielded final results which were a fraction of the other companies assessment. That other company is an old well established Charlotte institution which native Charlotteans have used for years. I recently heard they were acquired by a big remodeler in town. Needless to say they ceased to be our go to people. I live in an very old established neighborhood in town and believe me, I give out Chads M&D Plumbing name and number when ever I hear a neighbor in need. Unfortunately I’ve heard recently they are calling him directly and since that time have changed the number I now give out. Now it’s to the main office.

No other company is needed for your plumbing needs. This one is the right one. They guarantee their work. If you want the best this is a little lagniappe of advice I give you.

It was a pleasure doing business with King Plumbing. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. My problem was complex, and they took the time to figure out how to solve it. They were also very fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

The guys from Presidential plumbing did two jobs for me so far. Both times done quite well. The person I was dealing with the last time - Edi is very professional and pleasant guy. So is their phone person - Erica. Great phone manners and respect for the customer. She remembered me from the first job before I even told her all my specifics. I recommend Presidential to anyone in the area who needs plumbing job done!

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.
