Just had another service done here in January - on a different issue than below - Had Daniel Pizzuti come out and fix a hose bib that froze and broke - he was quick, fiendly, professional and did a great job!Prior review and service July: Prompt service, call back and arrived ahead of schedule. Wade and Derrick were friendly, professional, timely, and ... did the job right the first time! They took their time explaining the remediation - and gave all the information necessary to make an informed decision. These guys are GREAT - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and again. I generally don’t right reviews but I was so impressed with Nick and how he handled our leak I felt it only fitting to express my appreciation. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and we didn’t know how bad it was. I was very upset not knowing where it was coming from. Nick was professional, extremely neat when he needed to cut the Sheetrock and found where the problem was. He took his time and explained every step as to what he was doing. He went the extra mile to ease my mind and made several suggestions to us. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing to my family and friends.
