We had a pipe burst, and called for a plumber so that the water damage team could get in quickly. I was given an appointment time of 0800-1100, and the time window passed without a call that the plumber was running late. 90 minutes after the end of the time range, the plumber called to say we were next. By that time I had already started repair on my own, as I couldn't wait any longer due to the repair crew being scheduled.

The young man who came today was great and he knew what to do. I would use him again. Thank you for your service.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the work Zack Garvey performed to unclog our kitchen sink. Turns out that the problem was more than a simple clog but Zack worked until the problem was resolved 100%. Customer service is a failure. They gave me an appointment one week and I told them it was not a convenient time. They rescheduled a week later (no problem - not an emergency). I was told my window was 8-12 am. Called the day before the appt to say my window was 4-6pm - I couldn't be there. They insisted they never gave me a different time; the person who said this was the same one who made the 8-12am appt. bc I recognized her voice.
