Bobby came out to help our elderly friend quickly. She had lost power to one room. Window air unit and fan not working. Extremely hot in the house for August and an elderly lady. He was prompt, courteous, professional and got it fixed quickly. We really appreciate him working us in last minute and making time for us. I will only call LiveWire from now on.

Just paid over $400 to replace a bathroom fan. Seriously? If you were going to charge me that much for a minor job warn me before sending someone out at $99 to tell me that yes, indeed the fan does not work (no d'uh). They were trying to up-sell me to over $700 with their plan and needless surge protector. Really? I need a surge protector for a bathroom fan that was running safely for the eight years I've owned the house? Not ever using these guys again!

Sky Electric was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone and advise me on what I needed to do.

Tony did our natural gasLeak. He not only found the leaks but change piping, valves to code that took all his day. He left our home about 9 PM! He wouldn't stop until all the work was done, done right. Being a handyman myself, I would steal him to work for my company if I wasn't retired. He's a teacher at his company and it shows. Everything was installed better then new. I'm not sure about the other techs but this one will make a great name for the company. He was also respectful of our property and home. Good guy! We have used call1 for a couple of home renovation projects and he did an OK job but he business growing has given him a big ego now you cant get him on the phone or get an estimate if you not spending over $10,000 so be aware that he only does big jobs.

Breakers tripped in my house, resulting in a kitchen and dining room light and living room outlets which did not work. Hill Electric sent two technicians and they discovered two outlets which had been improperly wired by the builder! They replaced the outlets and rewired the system and everything worked perfectly! Just in time for Christmas too! These folks are great and do great work. They know their stuff!

They sent some one the next day a called after my AC stopped cooling.The issue here is no one bothered to fix it correctly. The only interest was to get me to buy a whole new equipment that they were charging me $12,000.00 for. They said my AC was dead charged me $700 for a part that didn't fix the problem.My husband fixed the no more functional, dead AC, like they said, with $6.00.I called them, and I was told they would call me back a week later and no call. Very unprofessional from Acosta's side to try and make me spend unnecessary money, especially in these hard times that we are all living

After months (literally) of trying to find electricians who wouldn't give us the run around, we finally found Biggs. We were doing a remodel on a walkout basement to accommodate my parents. These guys were such a blessing. I can't imagine a more personable and professional outfit. They did great work for a fair price, and treated us like people. Bent over backwards to make sure that everything went well for my folks. Just called them again about an issue we were having with the A/C electrical, and he literally hopped in the truck and drove right over. We've recommended them to friends who had similarly great experiences. Its hard to find tradespeople willing to work on retrofit construction and still it with a happy spirit for a fair price. These folks are the real deal. Can't recommend enough.
