I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. Accent replaced our first floor system last year and added a humidifier to the system. They did a great job and have been very responsive to our questions. Today I noticed our second floor was not cooling, I called at 1:58 pm and they were here and finished repairing it by 3:15 pm!! Great customer service and workmanship!
