Exceptional customer service!!! I called and spoke to John about replacing my water heater. He was extremely professional and walked me through my options with no pressure to buy. I ended up going with the tankless water heater which he installed the following day. Looks great, professionally installed and works like a champ. We've only had it for a week, but tested it with the dishwasher and two showers going at the same time and had no issues. Plenty of HOT water. I would highly recommend!!!

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

Had a leak in my yard... somewhere. These guys found it in no time, fixed it right up, showed me where it was, helped me determine what may have caused it, and have me advice on how to prevent future leaks.

They took me out to the water meter and showed me that there was no movement, proving that the leak was indeed repaired.

They were fast, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.

Dave is great, knowledgeable and prompt. He has had to help us out twice with drainage issues due to tree roots and handled both experiences in a fast, efficient manner. I recommend calling him.
