I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Called in morning with service request, was at our home by 1pm that same day. Scott came and what a great job of diagnosing what our issue was. This was something I had never seen and he had not either. But very systematically eliminating possibilities, he was able to diagnose and fix our issue. He as extremely polite, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend this company and would ask for Scott!

David was great and quickly addressed the issue. He arrived on time and got to work immediately, explaining the problem in a clear, concise way for us to best understand. He was friendly and polite and I'd recommend him and this service to anyone in need!

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

John was great over the phone, very straight forward with information and quick with the service, the best out of 3 quotes, its a no brainer.

James was very responsive, timely. He kept us updated while I was at work on everything that was happening, that's hars to find in other companies. These guys actually cared about the work they were doing and bent over backwards to get our water running again. We will definitely be calling them for future repairs.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Not helpful at all

The cheapest and most professional plumbers with most definitely use them again polite and on time their is no one better.

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

If there was a choice for no stars I would have chosen that. Unfortunately our warranty company always sends these guys out. They are usually late and/or cancel 30 min prior to appt. we've been waiting exactly 14 days for a part. They show up today 2-1/2h late. We were told it was fixed. However after the tech left its still leaking in the basement. I guess they'll enjoy replacing the drywall when it is ruined. Avoid this business like the plague.

Scott did an excellent job. Both him and Dawn were a pleasure to work with during the replacement of our master shower.
