Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

We used Roby Electric for a whole home generator installation. Our project had a number of unexpected complications. What I could not say enough about is how Jake Mackey, our project leader, stood by us every single step of the way. He did not give up, brought in additional experts, partnered with an existing service provider we had, and took care of us at each step. Jake is outstanding at interacting with his customer. His demeanor stays calm, and he is always responsive. He listened to actually hear, validated frustrations, and stayed in problem solving mode. He even followed our project through after he was moved to another area of the company. He should train every employee on how to handle things well. What you want is a service provider that delivers on their promises and thanks to Jake, we got to that point. Roby also helped us with some smaller electrical matters while handling this project, and it is great to have peace of mind.

John did an excellent job of removing my 2009 tank water heater and replacing it with a tankless unit. The tankless unit required an electric outlet as well. He installed the new outlet in addition to adding a dedicated circuit to my fuse box. John was very thorough in explaining to me what to expect with the new unit. Day 3 and very pleased with my decision to go tankless.

I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. I contacted American Leak Detection online and requested service because of a frozen pipe in my front yard. The women who called me was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. A team of 2 people came out to locate my leak. They charged $700 up front in order to locate it. They marked the spot approx. 3'x3' I spent the next couple days digging, and went down over 3 feet. No leak, not even a pipe. I called the company back on a Saturday, and there was no answer. This is understandable as they were closed. I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I ended up digging from my water meter and found the water line wasn't even close to the spot they marked. I called back during business hours and spoke to the same women. She requested I email photos showing where the leak ended up being located. I sent these photos in via email. I requested a partial refund (not 100% as they did have time and labor here) I received a call back 6 days later from the owner Dennis Fair. I believe this guy is the owner of the franchise in this area. He was very rude and honestly just a complete D-bag. He asked why I didn't call back, and when I explained I did, and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message he said that wasn't true

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.

Incomplete work and will.not reply to.my calls.
