Julio was so great. So kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond the drain cabling he was called out for and completed a safety inspection and an inspection of the pipes in my crawl space to ensure there were no issues with this recent freezing weather. He also talked with me about another plumbing question. He was super great to work with. As a matter of fact, since I’ve moved to this house I’ve had a number of plumbing concerns that had to be addressed, as well as just completed my first HVAC preventative maintenance. I believe in all I’ve had about 8 different Morris Jenkins employees assist me and every single one of them has been courteous, professional, and really by the time they leave I feel like they are my new buddy. I’ve never experienced such great service from any other company. Thank you!

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

We had Douthit Electric come out and quoted us $1,600. to replace 2 circuit breakers. I googled the cost to replace a circuit breaker and all indications were around $200 for one breaker replacement. I called Roby Electric to obtain a second option. Roby Electric sent Ibis, their service tech, out. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed we had 1 bad circuit breaker (not 2 ) and we decided to change out 3 (safety measure only since they were older) and the total cost was $400.00. Ibis was professional, honest and quick. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed what we needed. Douthit never tested anything. I recommend Roby Electric for ALL your needs. They are capable and honest. They want to build a long lasting relationship by treating you fairly versus trying price gouging as Douthit Electric attempted to do. It pays to obtain a second option. 5 stars!!

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Friendly and prompt same day service. Expensive for the work performed . Leak in my first floor ceiling . They went into the attic and found the leak was from around a vent pipe in the roof. They told me to contact a roofer for repair and charged me $625 for the hour to identify the leak.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.

I have used Chris and team in the past for a busted PRV valve and what a mess, but these guys are AMAZING! It all starts with Chris as the leader of the company, his training of the workers and his expectations of them providing Best in Class service. Each of his employees, from the first interaction with the office to the interactions in our home, is based on Best in Class customer service. Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

I first heard about Plumbing Connection on the Neighborhood Webpage and all of the comments were extremely positive. I used them several months ago for a plumbing leak and was satisfied. Today I had them come out because my garbage disposal was not working. Also, water was coming out from my dishwasher onto the floor. The dishwasher had not been working for a long time. Another plumbing company came out about a year ago and said I would be better off replacing it. I just kept putting it off. Today Chip and Aaron came out and went right to work. 30 minutes later, my garbage disposal was working and so was my dishwasher. To say that I am happy with the service I received is an understatement!!!! Besides getting everything working very quickly, they sent a text they were on the way and were very punctual with the time I was initially given. my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.
