Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

I called several plumbing services to replace my broken garbage disposal, they were more expensive and were going to set an installation date 2-3 week in the future. I called JT's and Walter Lee was in my home the same day within just a few hours. Did the swap out in about 30 minutes and charged me a flat rate, which was great. He is in my phone list now and is going to be my go to plumber.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Kyle is a master electrician! I would highly recommend asking for him. Kyle hung a 250 pound chandelier in our home and he did it alone. It was an extremely difficult fixture to wire and hang. Four other electricians from different companies came out and were unable to install the fixture. Kyle was excited for the challenge and made quick work of the project. We were blown away that he was able to do the job himself. He is smart, talented, and very friendly. Thank you Kyle and Roby Services!

I called Southend plumbing after paying $500 dollars to another plumbing company (ER plumbing) who only capped the leaking pipe and stated that they would have to remove my garden tub to actually fix the leak. I was concerned with the amount they had already charged without actually fixing anything so I called Southend. Larry came out but wasn't able to see the issue since the line had been capped so he had to reopen the line (undo the work ER plumbing did) to see the problem. Larry identified the problem and was able to fix it without removing my tub or cutting anymore holes in my wall! AND he did all of that work for less than the price they quoted to repair the line (not including their charge to remove the tub and). Southend Plumbing undid the work that ER plumbing did and then fixed the problem for only $600! I wish I had called them from the beginning--I wouldn't have thrown $500 away on ER plumbing.

Also, Larry was very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!!!'

I am SO impressed by everyone i have met at this company. Rico, Adam, Mark and Jackie have been so helpful and super friendly! I had some pretty strange issues with a new hot water heater and they were able to take care of that along with a toilet valve issue. I will be using them as my go to plumber from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Called this folks for 2 weeks and left several messages, I decided to send them an email thru their webpage. As of today no one has called back. Very unprofessional.

We had a water filtration system put in our home. Last summer my hair turned green from all the chlorine in the water (I don’t have a pool). The crew came out and met with my husband who is in service and sales for a living. He was impressed with how professional the guys were and how they explained the whole system works and how to care for it. Our water tastes amazing, my hair is no longer green, they were on time , professional, and I would highly recommend Presidential Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They will be back at our house soon to install a gas line as well. It’s not easy to find reliable service guys lately so glad we found Presidential Plumbing.

Last summer we were expecting company when the first heat wave hit us. Fired up the A/C and it was not cooling the house at all. No way we could have a house full of people in that heat. We called several hvac companies ad everyone was slammed. Accent sent out a tech the same day. We ended up needed a whole new A/C unit and they had it install the next day. We called around to make sure the price was good and it was very competitively priced, especially considering the next day service. I hope to never need them again, but I would not hesitate to use them should the need arise. I would also not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.
