Both the customer service representative and plumbing specialist (Terry Luckey) that helped me were extremely swift in their response to my call and getting over to my home even at a very late hour to repair my line so that I could get water back on. Terry is very professional and knowledgeable and was quickly able to resolve my issue. I am extremely grateful for both on the Morris-Jenkins team I am new to the area and wasn’t even sure who to call. I would highly recommend this company.

I am interested in a thankless water heater. The rep was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. My rating is based on the fact that everything, including the estimate, was verbal or on his phone. Even the quote qas on his phone. He told me everything was electronic. Well, I am a paper person. I will look at it on your phone, but I want to read it on a document that will hold up in court. He named the unit that would be used, but no literature was given, nor features, etc. I guess I will go look it up on my own. I should get a discount for that. LOL

I cannot thank John enough for coming to my rescue after I had an awful experience with the previous person I had hired. I was on short notice because my flooring was being redone, and needed someone in a pinch. He not only did what I needed, he explained things to me, and I felt like I was walking away more knowledgeable. He even dealt with some issues with my contractor for me. Being a female doing this renovation on my own, it was nice to have someone take control and help. I would use him a thousand times over.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. Accent Comfort recently put in a new Hvac system for my family. They installed all of the air handling equipment in the crawlspace BACKWARDS. Hot air blowing out of the intake vents and sucking air through the floor vents. Customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE. Accent finally fixed the problem NINE DAYS after I first brought it to their attention. Use anybody else.

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
