Absolutely unreliable, a job that should take 2 weeks at the most, is turning into 5 weeks and counting! You are dealing with multiple people that play the hot potato game and the only answer they have (if they ever pick up the phone or answer a text) is tomorrow, and tomorrow is tomorrow again, I have to call every day to find out if somebody was going to show up, what a joke!
One star because they came to do the estimate and that was quick, after I paid them 75% they were absent.
I do not recommend this company at all!
Until this day I'm still waiting...

I called and made an appointment and was told Danny would be here the next day between 9-10am he was here promptly right after 9. He’s actually the owner of the company and he is very professional and does an excellent job of walking you through the process of your repair. He diagnosed my problem and quoted me an estimate and was able to complete the work the same day. Everything was done in a timely manner, he cleaned up 100% behind himself, and the final price was exactly that of the quoted estimate. He’s was extremely pleasant and personable through the experience and really takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. I will definitely use presidential plumbing again anytime I need work done in the future.

Jim and his entire team are a class act. They installed a tankless water heater at our house before we bought it and helped us convert from propane to natural gas. After having an issue with the water heater not providing hot water Jim went out of his way to help us and make sure everything was fixed and functioning correctly. He and his team are friendly, they get the job done right and they stand by their work. He cares more about building a lasting relationship than making a quick buck and it shows in everything they do. We will be Plumbing Connection customers for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Will and his team at Service Pro Plumbing are the best. Will responded back to me in a timely manner. Will Showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would as well as showing up as scheduled to do the actual job. His prices where what I had expected and I believe he treated me more than fairly. I live in an older home and had Will replace the ductile iron drain pipes that where beginning to leak with PVC pipes as well as replacing all of my outside hose bibb's and replacing my existing whole house shut off valve. If I ever need any plumbing work done I will not hesitate to call Will. My wife has already recommended him to several of her friends at work. Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
