Had several outlets in the kitchen lose power. Viva sent Tommy Vaughan out to troubleshoot the issue. Tommy was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to determine the cause of the issue and repair it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Viva Electric after this experience.

We had a tree fall on our property which had taken out our electrical, pulled our riser and cuased a significant outage.
I was put in touch with AJ who gave me a call around 2pm, and was at the property that day to give me an estimate- which was very fair. The next day, work was completed, permit was approved, and we were just waiting on Duke to reconnect the lines (which, don't get me started on that delay, but not in our control)

AJ was great to work with, gave us updates along the way, and took the lead in communicating with my tenant as we do rent this out. He and the team at Ewing really helped turn the uncertainty around- and I will be recommending their services going forward.

Mr Crawford is a true professional. He called to give us an estimated arrival time and was perfectly on time. He then listened to our issues, assessed the problem, told us how he would fix it, and fixed it in very little time. The first thing I have to say about Hanlon Electric is that Ryan is a licensed electricians in charlotte. I say this because the electrician I used before was not a licensed North Carlonia electrician and Ryan helped to fix all the problems the unlicensed contractor created.
