Great service from Michael & Son company, and the technician named Dante Morgan, April 2022, Charlotte, NC area. In the course of routine annual maintenance on two HVAC systems in my home, Dante discovered a couple minor issues that could have become major issues in future. He fixed. He also spent an additional 1.5 hours to address an air flow issue that optimized the sound of the system - previously was too loud because flow was too high. A successful day for my home and family! Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

Tony does a professional job and pays close attention to details, nothing shabby here. He has good work ethics and you can tell he take pride in the job he does. I would recommend him for any plumbing work, he installed a water heater and utility sink for us at our business. His prices are fair just as he is.
