Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

They arrived promptly. The main water line to my house burst, so now there's no running water. They were very expert and provided me with several viable options along with detailed explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each. They completed the job quickly, and I would hire Expart Charlotte again.

I got good advice and good service at a reasonable price.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Great service! We had technician Brannon at our house within an hour of calling about our leaking garbage disposal. He quickly and efficiently installed a new one for us. Would absolutely use their service again.

Brandon, Ronnie and Randy were the epitome of professionalism and expertise. They were on time, and when the job was done, you would never have known they were here, both inside and out.I was always kept apprised of what was going on, and was given the full tour of what was done, including how to operate the new thermostat and pair it to my iPhone.I would definitely recommend these men from Morris-Jenkins, who I always use for my plumbing and HVAC needs.Two thumbs up ?? and 5 Stars ⭐️ guys!Mike Williams ?

Excellent communication, scheduled a long time in advance due to travel and got an email the day before service and a text day of to say they were on the way. Professional and pleasant. Will do business with them again.

MD Plumbing & Mechanical just installed a new water heater for us including a repair to a faucet. These guys are the best out there! The owner, Chad, is a great guy and explained everything in advance and pricing was very reasonable. Techs Adam and Mark did a great job and were professional and friendly and arrived at our door right on schedule. We were referred to MD Plumbing through a business acquaintance and what a blessing to have found them!

Highly recommend; Clay was assigned to my project. He was informative, patient with my questions, fast with the installaton, and went the extra mile doing extra tasks in consideration of my broken ankle. Mr. King worked with me on payment options. I will call on this company again when the need arises

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with American Leak Detection of Charlotte. We had a leak of unknown source and my plumber recommended them. Their regular guy was out sick so they sent 2 guys out who must not have been competent. I watched them closely because I was paying $700 up front and wanted to know how this works. They took a long time and finally decided on a spot and marked it and then left behind a part of their machine. We called the plumber to dig. He dug 4 feet and no sign of water. I called ALD and they insisted that they dig to 6 feet. This required a big machine and at 7 feet still no leak was found. I called ALD again & they acted like I was not telling them the truth. Finally they agreed to try again and sent out their regular guy who quickly found it in a VERY DIFFERENT location where the 2 original guys had not checked. This mistake cost us an extra $1000 dollars & created a HUGE hole in our front yard.
The address on their website is not real, I went there to return the machine part and discuss this situation and no one at the address had heard of them. This does not sound like a legitimate business to me. I have not received an apology nor any offer of compensation. It seems crazy that they can make a huge mistake that costs ME 1K and there isn't any way to hold THEM accountable. So this review will have to do and hopefully someone else will be able to find a company offering better terms.

Technician was here for 5 min total, walked in door i gave description of problem before we made it to the bathroom technician said to contact Moen for warranty/replacement part. Technician took one look at faucet and said he would come back to install after part received. Went to truck came back charged me $74, I asked how much it would cost to put part on after it arrived told $185, I asked if any discount for this visit could be applied for when they come fix with replacement part, answer was NO. Why was I asked on the phone what the problem was if it could have been assessed without having someone come out, the tech told me the problem before we got to the bathroom. I would have gladly paid the $185 for the fix. This is the second time I used Accent Comfort based on a recommendation. First experience with hot water heater was OK, this experience was embarrassing and more about making money. Will not use them again and certainly will not have them put the replacement part on for $185!!!!!!!!!

I loved that I was able to book an appointment online. I also loved that fees were listed clearly when booking online. Our tech arrived on time and fixed our toilet quickly. I will definitely use them again.

Horrible experience. The owner was horribly rude, offensive, used racial slurs, overshared things that were absolutely not my business and tried to require cash only - obviously to subvert Uncle Sam or for some other shady purpose. Disgusting individual.

Really helpful and flexible. Hooked up my sink, new faucet, and dealt with a disposal issue caused by the folks I had replace my counter-tops. Did it all while I was out of town having left a key for them. Very polite and professional as could be.

Had previously used but never again. Left two bathrooms dirty from installation of two toilets and four sinks. Returned second day to compete order and did not fix the problem instead backed their truck into my lawn and left a large rut and broke a sprinkler head in the process. I was billed over $1700 and no one ever called me about my complaint about mess left in bathrooms or my lawn. Unacceptable.
