Best Water Heater Replacement in Charlotte NC

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. Pathmaker employee John came to my house analyzed, replaced and repaired the trouble area. Thanks to John and Pathmaker Plumbing for quickly and professionally handling this problem. ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

They showed (called first) about 1 hour prior to commitment. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and what he had done. Outstanding total service and would easily recommend the technician and the company. Absolutely #1 in my books. Great job! Keep up the good work. Well done.

Had a plumbing issue that most other Companies had high rates to fix, and had a long waiting list. Clog Busterz put me on the schedule right away for the same day, stayed in contact, and had a much lower price.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

I've used Travis Crawford for a tankless water heater installation as well as a new HVAC system, and the biggest takeaway I have is their high level of professionalism. The customer service is top notch and immediately evident starting with their inside team and remains consistent all the way through installation. It's hard finding good trustworthy contractors that provide good value at fair prices. Fortunately when it comes to HVAC and plumbing, I have nothing to worry about.
