Had a simple repair to replace a shower handle cartridge. $40 part and about 30 minutes of labor. Osbourne wanted to charge me $400 and when I said that was too much the technician said, well how much do you want to pay. What kind of business practice is this? Overpriced and then haggle to get whatever you can from me? Avoid at all costs.

A Mr. Taylor was rude when I called. Could have been a bad day for him, but I won't bother wasting their time again.

He found the ACTUAL problem with our plumbing that we were unaware of, didn’t recommend unnecessary work for the sake of money, and was extremely thorough. I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first.
