He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. When my water heater gave out this company was very responsive to my request for service. A technician came out in a timely manner, went over my options, and worked with me and my schedule to get the heater replaced quickly.

Flunk junkies

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

Was unfamiliar with until I heard their radio commercials. They are the best commercials I think I have ever heard period. Absolutely brilliant marketing in my opinion.

They arrived promptly. The main water line to my house burst, so now there's no running water. They were very expert and provided me with several viable options along with detailed explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each. They completed the job quickly, and I would hire Expart Charlotte again.

Following a referral by our son-in-law, we had Carolina Plumbing Pros do our plumbing work on a shower remodel. Our experience with customer service on the day of the work was not positive. However, the following day Stepan came out personally to discuss the situation. I have never had a similar experience. It was rare and welcome to have a contractor accept responsibility and express such a desire to see his customer satisfied. I'm sure if I had known to contact Stepan when my concerns were not initially resolved, this would have been a positive experience from the beginning. I can recommend this company knowing it is run by a man with such integrity and professionalism.
