Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Reggie was fabulous. It took more time than I expected (not his fault!) but he was thorough, efficient and extremely polite. Located the root blockage in my pipe, and viewed the problem with a camera so we could make note for further steps. We will have to have some further, more extensive work done in the future, and I will definitely be reaching out to ER services and request Reggie!

Twice now our regular plumber has fallen through as a no call/no show. However, right when I call A+, they are on their way and communicate with our tenants. I appreciate it!

Thank you Nathan for coming out today as scheduled 11-13-21 and installed new American Standard toilet. He replaced defective Kohler Cinnmaron model toilet installed in 10/2018 by Micahal& Son. Nathan called promptly 1 hour before time arrive window 10:30-1:00pm.He installed new toilet with ease, new extra thick wax ring, leveled with plastic shims, and cleaned floor area at toilet base. He layed towel down to protect floor and keep work area clean. He was very professional and explained that flange was unlevel and that the plastic shims and extra thick wax ring would resolve any issues. He placed level on toilet tank bowl to insure level with shims installed at base. He stated if any unresolved issues please call and he will come back out. I was please with his detailed level of service after all the issues with previous installers and old management that haven't resolved leak at base of toilet and tank into bowl. Also that Nathan uses plastic shims not wood shims like other installers and used extra thick wax ring. All flanges above floor level are post to be extra thick. But glad I didn't have to tell him this. The plastic shims also take moisture better and hold up longer at base. Kirk new manager agreed to replace toilet to avoid any more unnecessary trips. Wish previous management would have taken this approach when process of illumination was done as protocol. Since we spent 10,000 to have all new plumbing in house 10/2018 new toilet, faucets, water heater, filtration system,ect..This toilet had given us leaking issues since installation 10/2018. Thank you Kirk Sager!!!! This would have saved the company money prior today reinstall, since the toilet has return policy and warranty. So we replaced seal inside bowl, cleaned canister in tank, releveled and still running toilet prior to having replaced today. The base was leaking and tank was leaking into bowl running off and on. Michael & Son came out mutiple times before new management. I also called Kohler for other tips. Thank you manager Kirk Sager getting this scheduled and Nathan for replacing toilet today. I am glad Michael & Son has new management now and I feel I can trust this company now with all my plumbing needs. I recommend that you have all customers go with traditional flapper in tank than new ones with solid canisters. The canisters have to be adjusted and chain gets hung on them. Also they have to be cleaned periodically. Only time will tell if American Standard Esteem Vortex model has any issues with traditional flapper. But thankful Michael & Son did all this at NO charge today. We chose American Standard with EsteemVortex as model sold at Lowe's. This one flushes much better, so hopefully it keeps bowl cleaner withpower flushing water technology. Nathan thank youfor doing an awesome job! Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

I never ever write reviews online for companies, but I had to for this one! We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom down into our living room late at night. I called one company who just took my information and said someone would call me later. So I then called Damion. He was out at my house a couple hours later and him and his son had my big problem fixed, and even fixed a smaller problem we had for a VERY reasonable cost all in the same day! Still have not heard from the first company I called, and Damion has already fixed my problem!

Chris and Fredrick said all the right things and backed it up! They were professional, timely, and paid attention to the details. I highly recommend them!! ??

Big shout out to Price Brothers Inc.
Something went wrong with our shower fixtures two nights ago after my oldest son tried to turn the shower knob off but the water was still coming out from the shower head. I know that I can call a handyman for the job but it was too late at night and I would like to use the company that dealt with our fixtures last December. I know it is really quite difficult to set for an appointment the very next day but my husband (works overseas) was the one who called their office to request for an emergency repair, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and did a schedule for a plumber to come by the house. That morning a guy employee gave a courtesy call and said within 30 minutes the plumber will be in our house. Indeed the plumber came by and fixed and changed not only one but two of our shower knob inserts that were broken.
The plumber was very professional and explained to me about what maybe the cause of that broken parts. Now both knobs are doing great. My husband and I were really very happy that Price Brothers Inc., was very helpful in this kind of situation and didn't charge us any penny for the labor that some other company for sure will give a certain fee for just showing up and do nothing.

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

Repaired lights in kitchen. Technician was courteous and did an excellent job.

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

They were part of my kitchen remodel and hooked up all the plumbing (faucet, disposal, and dishwasher) after my countertops were replaced. Kyo was very professional, patient, and helpful. He tried to make a few things work because the people that demo'd threw away some critical pieces. So he was patient while i went and bought replacements.

Would use them again for sure.
