Best Tank Replacement in Charlotte NC

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

I have used Carolina Plumbing Pros for 3 significant jobs since I bought my home in 2016. They have resolved several issues that were causing major problems, the most recent repair being the installation of a 2 way cleanout and replacement of sewer piping in my front yard. I have been struggling with slow sewer draining from the house for 2 years and several other plumbers could not find the problem. I finally decided to stop dealing with insurance and called the plumber of my choice, Carolina Plumbing Pros. Turns out, there was a massive ball of threadlike roots that grew into my sewer line right before the 1-way cleanout in the front yard. They did exceptional work, were incredibly knowledgeable and I will continue to call them for my repairs. I couldn't be happier with this company.

John came out to discuss installing a tankless water heater in our home. He was great to work with. He covered the different models, answered all of our questions, and the best part, did not try to sell us on options that we did not need. We liked the honesty! The install went great, and he even left the area cleaner than he found it.

Great service. They came out and checked my water heater during a giant storm, and had it replaced the next day. They were very professional and accommodating.

They installed a pump in my house. The pump cracked after 2 months. They removed the pump and were to install a new one. Can Not get a call back or any communication anyone!! They keep telling Brandon plumbing manager will call me back. Still waiting!
