He provided various options to service/clean my drain, which had a slow leak. resolved the issue in a timely manner, and left things as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I feel I received great service and would use Osborne again for my future plumbing needs.

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. We started to smell a musty scent when our AC was on. We reached out to our trusty technician, Josh. He informed us that HVAC that goes under the crawlspace is prone to this scent. He was dispatched within 24 hours and was able to disperse the smell.

Worst service ever. I called on Tuesday to schedule service on a Friday morning. Called back to confirm on Thursday. Pay Less finally showed up at 5:30 PM Friday after several calls. Spent two and a half hours and only replaced a bad toilet wax ring. Now the toilet won't fully flush. They were supposed to fix a leaky hose faucet as well. Not only was the faucet not fixed it was damaged so badly that I can no longer attach a hose. I was charged $200 - for nothing.

Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Tony arrived on time and was professional and kind. He told me what was going on with my outlet and said the wiring was loose so he fixed that and he left. Ten minutes later the problem came up again. I called Tony and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. He checked all the outlets and found out there was a bad outlet/wire. He replaced it no charge and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about Tony and Anna! They both provided excellent service at a very good price! I would recommend TOLINY to anyone with electric or plumbing problems!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.
